The Westin Verasa Napa

We had a suite with bedroom and sitting room and balcony. We were traveling with two small dogs (extra charge). Very good kitchenette. East access to outside dog-walking area along the river. Morning coffee located in lobby. Evening wine-tasting provides by local wineries. Across the street from the Wine Train depot. Lots of open space and within an easy walk to a good variety of cafes and restaurants.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful! The room is big and comfortable; best bed sheets and mattress and the robes are awesome! It was a little strange that our room was not cleaned every day but that is not necessary. We just we’re not expecting it to not be done daily.

Nicole and Blair delivered amazing customer service! Welcoming, warm, helpful and all-around just great to chat with. After having major issues at Meritage with no hot water, we left and booked a room last minute during covid. It was clean and felt super safe. Parking is secure and underground. Great little grass run for dogs behind hotel. AND the location was unbeatable. China Overlook park is a block away (bring a picnic blanket for grass, bring your dog, and eat socially distanced) Gotts Roadside and Oxbow are literally down the block. Morimoto and all of downtown is walking distance. Impressed mostly by the service. We brought toothpaste but forgot our toothbrushes and they had them at the front desk.
